PROMOTION RULES AND REGULATIONS

Place an order for devices or lab services today and be entered to win our first place giveaway—a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) gift card. Second place winner receives a one hundred dollar ($100.00) gift card. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If you or your company cannot accept giveaways and gifts, another winner will be chosen for the promotion. All entries must be received by 5/31/08 (date extended). Winners will be notified after 6/2/08.

Rules are subject to any requirements/limitations imposed by the FTC. Employees of Redwood Toxicology Laboratory, Inc. (RTL) and its affiliates, and any promotional or coordinating agencies involved with this promotion and their families are not eligible. Your odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entries received. Prizes may not be substituted. RTL reserves the right to discontinue the contest without notice. Selection of 1st place and 2nd place prize winners are made under the supervision of RTL, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this prize drawing. Winner will be notified within 1-2 weeks of selection. Winner may be required, at discretion of RTL, to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes by winner permitted. If prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and RTL may, at its sole discretion, award that prize to an alternate winner.
