What happens if I have opted-out, but it seems like I'm still on the list?
When you opt-out, your name is automatically added to the Redwood Toxicology Laboratory (RTL) suppression list. However, depending on the timing of your opt-out, you may continue to receive announcements already scheduled for delivery. Be sure to enter in the email address exactly as it appears in the marketing materials we sent. Please ensure you do not have other email addresses listed with us too.
