• Education and in-service training: Education and training are critical to ensure correct specimen collection and shipment to the lab. Telephone and on-site staff training sessions are provided upon request. To get our clients up and running on specimen collection, results interpretation and internet reporting, RTL contacts all accounts within two weeks of set-up to schedule a convenient training date and time. Certificates of completion are provided at no additional fee.

Information regarding new drug tests and support services is provided proactively to ensure that clients are aware of all their drug testing options.

• Expert witness services: Expert witness services are available by affidavit, telephonically, or in-court. RTL's board certified & licensed toxicologists are court (federal and state) approved as experts in forensic toxicology and/or urine & oral fluid drug testing.

• Third party billing: RTL offers an easy and convenient Third Party Government Insurance Billing Service to all qualifying clients. RTL is a Medicare and Medicaid provider for medical laboratory services. This service, within federal and state guidelines, is available at no charge to your agency.

• Specimen collection referral network: Join our network! If you are a collection site or TPA agency and wish to work directly with Redwood Toxicology Laboratory, please join our referral network.
