TESTING SUPPLIES

Drug testing supplies are a critical component in a successful drug testing program. RTL offers you a convenient method for re-ordering drug testing supplies via our online supply order form. The form below allows you to request the supplies you need.

Requirements for re-ordering supplies:

• This form is only available to existing clients with an account number. Complete the form with the company information that corresponds to your account and contract.
• This form is for laboratory supplies only. It is NOT for on-site device orders. To order on-site devices, please call (877) 444-0049.
• Please allow 5-7 business days to receive supply orders. Overnight or rush delivery charges will be billed to your account.
• RTL sends a three month supply with each order.
• The number and type of supplies sent to your agency will depend upon individual contract agreements. You will be contacted by a sales representative if you select supplies that are not contractually agreed upon or supplies that exceed normal monthly volumes.

SUPPLIES SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

Please order supplies through RTL ONLY. Do not ask drivers for labels or bags since RTL provides its clients with custom supplies. The supplies have specialized routing information that drivers do not have access to. This information is also important for billing purposes. Request any supplies using the form above.
