New ToxAccess^™ features

Redwood Toxicology Laboratory is pleased to announce an exciting series of features for the ToxAccess^™ drug test management website. These features can help improve testing outcomes and lower your costs. The most notable change includes new interactive voice response (IVR) functionality that automates random testing and monitoring. With an IVR system, donors can call in and verify if a test is planned.

New features now available to you at no additional cost:

• Comprehensive random test features that include a completely customizable random test scheduler, a toll-free phone line for donor test notification, and real-time donor activity monitoring.
• New and improved result grouping by responsible parties (probation officer, case worker, counselor, etc.). For example, if you are a probation officer and only want to receive test results for your clients, this is now possible.
• A new donor screen that provides instant access to donor test result history, call-in log, test schedule, last test collection, last test result, and more.
• Donor photos for identification verification purposes.
• Reorganized navigation system allows you to better manage your program and schedule testing.
